Coffee & Wellness

While travelling from Gauteng to Limpopo to conduct a wellness workshop based on our book Revive Revitalize Recreate, we were inspired by the positive response from the delegates regarding the workshop. Chatting away on our journey ... an idea struck - Coffee with Wellness. Brilliant idea where people can interact and chat informally about wellness as well as listen to a speaker who can enlighten them. We were at this point also trying to raise funds for our nonprofit company Advait Sanctuary. That is how coffee with wellness started. It was May and it seemed fit to do a Mother's Day high tea. A successful event that showed the need for this kind of events.

A beautiful turnout with dynamic women that had a passion to bring wellness to their work. Shona Swanepoel a Homeopath and Pilates instructor enlightened us with a beautiful talk on physical wellness. After a scrumptious breakfast from Silo and Shed, we had a tour of Heirloom (organic garden) where we learnt about soil, plants, and herbs and got to taste yummy tasters.
